Driver Assessments
Car & Van
Driver assessments can be tailored to suit each individual company.
Employers nationwide are seeing the benefits of having their driver’s abilities assessed on an ongoing basis and is most effective if there is a structured and planned approach which can be adapted by the client and the trainer.
Each driver will complete an on-road assessment and a full report will be provided to management.

Option 1
Assessment only
This assessment can be completed in the company vehicle or a vehicle can be supplied by the trainer.
The assessment duration will be 45 minutes and a full report will be completed and provided to management.
This report will assess the risk category of the driver and a recommendation if further training is required.
Option 2
Assessment and training
This 2-part assessment and training will be completed with an initial assessment of the driver’s ability and a discussion between the trainer and driver on any driving faults.
The assessor will train the driver for the remainder of the session and then complete a post training result. This is highly beneficial to the driver as they will have a better understanding of their faults and can correct their driving. Many experienced drivers will have the ability to adapt and change their driving immediately when instructed by our trainers.
Two reports will be received by management with the risk category of the driver and a recommendation if any further training is required.
Duration of session will require 1.5 to 2 hours depending on vehicle
