Our Training Course

Our training courses are tailor made to each individual, whether you would like to train intensively or on a part-time basis we have packages to suit your needs. All training is given in vehicle and one to one. Our experience will become your experience in our one to one training programme. There are three parts to the RSA ADI exams and we will be there at every step to ensure it is an easy and enjoyable process.

Stage one – Theory Test

The purpose of this test is to examine knowledge of the Rules of the Road as well as general road safety and driving instruction matters. It is a multiple choice exam where the candidate is asked 100 questions and must get 85% correct to pass. You will receive specially designed learning materials to study in your own time with one of our qualified RSA ADI’s on hand at any time to answer any questions.

Stage two – Driving Test

The Driving test will assess driving/riding ability of candidates. Driving competence will be assessed against a longer more comprehensive driving test to that which applies to a learner driver. In order to pass the test the applicant will have to incur less than three driving faults under a particular heading e.g. observation, less than five driving faults during the entire test, and zero disqualifying faults.

You will receive one to one expert training from one of our qualified RSA ADI’s covering all aspects of your driving. We will bring your driving standard on par with the best in the country leaving you competent and confident when sitting your ADI stage 2 driving test.

Stage Three – Instruction Ability Test

Stage three examines the ability of the ADI candidate to deliver tuition/coaching to the novice driver relevant to the level of skill and experience of the driver.

Unlike other training organisations who only give their candidates theoretical training we understand that Driving Instruction is a hands on learning experience. To become a qualified skilled instructor you need to experience how driving lessons are given by observing and taking part in actual driving lessons. Under the expert tuition of one of our qualified RSA ADI’s we will provide live lesson training as this is very important in order to pass the stage 3 exam as this is based on experience.
